Before you sign up
Tell us what you are thinking of running and which marketplaces you work on. If you are asking whether automated bidding is allowed on a particular one, say which — the answer differs by marketplace and we would rather you asked first.
hello@autocash.appYour account
Include the email address you signed in with. Never send us a marketplace access key — we cannot read a stored one and we do not want a copy. If a connection is failing, replace its key from the Marketplaces page and tell us what the status said.
support@autocash.appFees and payouts
Include the order or payout the question is about. Every earning is itemised in the app with the gross, what the marketplace withheld, the service fee and your net, which is usually the fastest way to see where a figure came from.
billing@autocash.appB2B agency plans
For B2B agency plans, enterprise contracts, and volume pricing. You do not need to write first to start — an agency account signs up directly, the same way a one-person account does, and the 30% revenue share is the same whether you talk to us or not.
sales@autocash.appA security issue
Describe what you found and how to reproduce it. Please do not include anyone else’s data in the report. We would rather hear about it early and imperfectly than not at all.
security@autocash.appThings worth checking first.
- ✓Lost a marketplace access key? We cannot recover it — a stored key is encrypted and is never readable, by you or by us. Issue a fresh one on the marketplace and replace it from the Marketplaces page.
- ✓Forgotten your password? Request a reset link. It is sent to your sign-in address.
- ✓Wondering what a fee was? Every earning in the app shows the gross, what the marketplace withheld, the service fee and your net, and the four always reconcile.
- ✓Not sure what the engine did? Your run history lists every pass with what it scanned, what it sent, what it won and what it produced — including the passes that found nothing.
Please never send a marketplace access key, a password or a card number by email, to us or to anyone. We will never ask for one.
