What each plan lets you hold.
Plans differ by capacity — how many marketplace connections and live gigs an account may hold at once. Every plan gets the whole engine.
Everything the engine does, on one marketplace connection. Enough to run a real gig and see what comes back.
- ✓1 marketplace connection
- ✓3 gigs
- ✓Unattended runs, with full run history

One charge, taken once, shown on the earning.
When you complete an order, AutoCash records one earning row: what the buyer paid, what the marketplace withheld, the service fee, and what is yours. Those four always add up to the gross — the database will not accept a row where they do not.
The fee is worked out in basis points on whole cents and rounds down, so the remainder of any division stays with you. The current rate for your account is shown in your settings and on every earning, and it is never applied retroactively to work already recorded.
What a marketplace itself withholds is set by that marketplace, not by us. The app records the real figure against each order so you can see where the money went.
A worked example
| Buyer paid | $400.00 |
|---|---|
| Marketplace withheld (20%) | −$80.00 |
| Service fee (5%) | −$20.00 |
| Yours | $300.00 |
An illustration of the arithmetic at those two rates. It is not a typical order and not a quote.
Complimentary access
Some accounts are granted complimentary access, which means no service fee is taken from anything they earn and every feature is available regardless of plan. If that applies to your account you will see it in your settings, labelled as such, and on every earning as a zero fee. It is granted and withdrawn by us, not requested from the app.
What this does not come with.
The fee model means we only earn when you do, which is the right incentive — but it is not a promise that you will.
